Upcoming Scholarships
All participants will play two pieces of their own choice at the specified grade level. They may refer to the Royal Conservatory of Music, Harp Syllabus, 1993 edition for examples of appropriate repertoire for their level. They shall not exceed the time limit for each category.
Pedal Harp

Note: If the grade level of a chosen selection in any of the above categories is questionable, please submit music with the application.
Also please note:
- In order to receive a scholarship in any category, the top score must be the equivalent of an A grade.
- In the case of a winning tie, the scholarship will be split.
- The judges will consider whether the contestant's age is reasonably appropriate for each category when making their decision as to the winner.
- Scholarship cheques will be made out to the winning candidate.
- Winners will perform at the next Toronto Harp Society meeting that will take place on a Sunday within one month of the auditions.
Requirements for Participation
- Applicant is to fill out the attached form with full name, address, age, and telephone number
- Applicant is to attach 2 letters of reference, one from their present harp teacher and the other from a musically knowledgeable person other than family.
- Applicant must be a resident of Ontario for three years or more.
- Applicants shall attach a $15 processing fee which goes towards membership in the harp society. Please make the cheque payable to The American Harp Society Toronto Chapter.
